1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", or "User") and TabMyBio Technologies Private Limited ("TabMyBio", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, accessing our dashboard, publishing a bio page, or subscribing to our paid tiers, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, agency, or other legal entity, you represent that you possess the legal authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
2. Account Registration & Security
- You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age required in your country) to register an account.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You agree to notify us immediately at support@tabmybio.com upon detecting any unauthorized access or breach of security.
3. Page Handles & Trademark Protection
Handle Licenses: A bio page handle (e.g. tabmybio.com/yourname) is licensed to you on a revocable, non-exclusive basis for the duration of your active account. Handles are not property and cannot be bought, sold, bartered, or held for squatting.
Prohibited Handle Conduct: We strictly prohibit trademark squatting, trademark infringement, impersonating public figures or registered brands, and claiming handles with the intent of extortion or resale.
Reclamation Rights: We reserve the right to reclaim, reassign, or block any handle that violates registered trademarks, breaches our Acceptable Use Policy, or remains inactive on a Free account for more than 12 consecutive months.
4. User Content & Intellectual Property
You retain all ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights in the content, images, links, copy, and logos that you upload and publish through TabMyBio ("User Content").
By publishing User Content on TabMyBio, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, cache, format, and display your User Content solely to the extent necessary to provide the service and deliver your bio page to visitors on the internet.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the TabMyBio platform-including our proprietary editor, visual templates, animations, bespoke design architectures, software code, and brand marks-remain the exclusive property of TabMyBio Technologies Private Limited.
5. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing
Plan Entitlements: We offer Free, Starter/Pro, and Business subscription tiers. Features, published page limits, custom domain capacities, and analytics depth are allocated according to the verified entitlements of your active plan.
Billing Cycles: Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Razorpay. Your subscription automatically renews at the start of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing Dashboard. Upon cancellation, you retain full access to your paid plan features until the end of the current paid billing cycle. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility terms.
Taxes & Pricing Changes: Prices are stated in the applicable local currency (INR / USD) and may be subject to statutory taxes (such as GST). We will provide at least thirty (30) days notice prior to any recurring subscription price changes.
6. Custom Domain Names & DNS
Subscribers on eligible plans may connect custom domain names (e.g. links.yourdomain.com) to their bio pages. You are solely responsible for acquiring and maintaining ownership of any domain name you configure.
To prevent link breakage and protect production routing stability, connected custom domains are locked once verified and actively published. Modifications or transfer requests can be submitted via the in-dashboard change request flow.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
THE TABMYBIO PLATFORM AND ALL ASSOCIATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TABMYBIO TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ₹1,000 INR OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the service shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
